Canobi is one of the first platforms to combine monitoring, automation and all the business tools you need to run your farm and maintain compliance and traceability. This document provides a high-level overview and an in-depth description of the procedures that demonstrate how Canobi is used to maintain compliance and record-keeping based on international standards.

¶ Our storyOur story began 15 years ago with the need to replicate complex saltwater aquarium environments to grow tank-raised exotic species so they would no longer need to be taken from the world's oceans. Six years ago, Canobi was asked whether we could replicate an environment for the production of consistent medical Cannabis for a research facility. Today we are applying everything we have learned to move indoor farming, greenhouses and agricultural industries closer to home. Every day we wake up believing everyone should have access to high-quality locally grown plant-based products. Every day we move a little closer. ¶ Cannabis and other plant-based medicineCanobi can be used to grow any type of plant-based product or crop. However, as we got started with Cannabis, we have always maintained compliance with companies using Canobi to meet or exceed the regulatory requirements, compliance, SOP’s and WIP’s for the Cannabis industry and because of our location Health Canada. Over time and with projects happening worldwide, we have taken a more generic focus to meet the requirements of international standards for record-keeping. Canobi is workflow-driven, and we constantly innovate to keep pace with the evolution of Cannabis regulations and industries. Simply put, Canobi contains all of the modules you will need to receive GMP, EUGMP certification. It did so in a modular fashion and, coupled with our Canobi Academy, focuses on getting you up and running as possible. The procedures you will find in this document will cover the Cannabis industry and regulations but can be applied to any farm where GPP, GMP, EUGMP or any high standards for traceability and plant reproduction are required. |
